Karate for Adults
Karate is a fun and unique way to achieve fitness conditioning, while gaining self-awareness, self-defense skills, and mind/body control. All classes are instructed by certified Black Belts.
When: Monday and Wednesday
Location: Group Fit A&B
7:15 pm-8:00 pm All Levels
8:00 pm-9:00 pm Advanced Rank
When: Saturday (with the exception of the summer)
Location: Auxilary Gym
12:45 pm-1:30 pm All Levels
1:30 pm-3:45 pm Advanced Rank
Who: Ages 12-Adult
Fees: $18 due by the first of each month. Natatorium membership required.
Karate' Kids
Karate' Kids
Character building, self confidence, coordination, fitness and fun! Classes meet every Saturday from 11:45am-12:45 pm for ages 6-11. $45 for Residents; $65 for Non Residents for one 8 week session. The program is ongoing. This excludes certification dues. Click here to see our flyer. Located in Aux Gym.

Tai Chi
Improve your flexibility, balance, and strength through the ancient Chinese martial art of T'ai Chi Ch'uan. This practice has been shown to reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, improve balance and flexibility, increase bone density, create a mind-body connection and increase your ability to concentrate.
When: Wednesdays

5:00 pm-6:00 pm-Intermediate/Advanced Students
6:00 pm-7:00 pm-Beginning Students
Fee: $12 per month due by the first of each month. Natatorium membership required.
