Our youth fitness center features “kid-friendly” fitness equipment, and youth group fitness programs developed by our certified instructors.
Participants will have fun while they build cardio endurance, tone their muscles, and build confidence and self-esteem. Our instructors will monitor the workouts during all hours that the circuit room is in operation.
- Available to children 7–13 years of age.
- An annual or monthly membership is required for participation.
- Meets Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30-7:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am-10:30 am.

Must schedule an orientation prior to participating in our fitkid program. ($10 fee includes fitness assessment and orientation of our circuit room and t-shirt)
Rules & Requirements
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the safe entry and exit of children.
- Parents/Guardians must remain in the building at all times.
- Please be prompt when picking up your child.
- Nat employees are not responsible for monitoring children beyond scheduled class times.
- Athletic shoes, socks, a t-shirt, sweatpants, or shorts must be worn.
- Zippers, buttons & jewelry are prohibited.
- For aquatics classes, we recommend the child wear swim attire under clothing.
- A labeled water bottle and towel are required.
- Toys and gum are prohibited.
Kid Fit Orientation
Upon completion of the orientation, annual members are eligible to participate in youth fitness programs. Participation is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Fill out and sign the Health Status and the Release Form.
- Sign up for orientation at the welcome desk after completing form
- Register at the welcome desk for an Orientation and Assessment time.
- A $10 fee is required at the time of registration.
- Arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to the start time for your test session.
- Registration will close thirty minutes prior to the start of class.
